Daemon x Machina – Nintendo September 13th Trailer [UPDATE]

A new trailer for Daemon x Machina debuted in today’s Nintendo Direct broadcast. The mech action game by Marvelous and First Studio, will launch exclusively for Nintendo Switch in 2019.

A brand-new, fast-paced mech action game from Kenichiro Tsukuda is coming to Nintendo Switch. Take your Arsenal, a fully customizable powered suit, out for an array of missions to surmount the enemy at all costs. Choose and equip your Arsenal with a multitude of weapons, obtain more from downed enemy Arsenals, and swap them on the fly to suit your strategy in the face of ever-changing threats.

  • Kenichiro Tsukuda is well known for his work developing the Armored Core series. He and his talented team have developed this brand-new title with the goal of making it “the best mech action game” out there.
  • The character designs were created by Yusuke Kozaki, who also worked on the Fire Emblem Awakening and Fire Emblem Fates games.
  • Mech concept designs were created by Mr. Kawamori, who also worked on the Armored Core series and the Super Dimension Fortress Macross series.
  • The player’s avatar is fully customizable with a variety of options.
    Each Arsenal can be equipped with different weapons on its arms and shoulders. The player can also equip back-up weapons on its back and swap them out during battle.
  • Arsenals can battle freely in the air and on the ground.
  • Grab objects in the environment, like cars and street signs, and use them as melee weapons or projectiles!
  • Defeated enemies may drop ammo and weapons, which the player can obtain and use on the fly.
  • Online and local wireless multiplayer modes will be available in the full game.

Nintendo announced New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe launching on January 11, 2019 for the Nintendo Switch during today’s Direct stream.

Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy Launching to PS4 & Switch This Winter

As part of the Legacy of Final Fantasy, Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy was announced for the Nintendo Switch this winter during the Nintendo Direct. Also, Square Enix revealed the game is coming to PlayStation 4.

The World Ends With You Final Remix – What’s New Info Trailer

A new trailer for the The Worlds Ends With You Final Remix for Switch. The English trailer highlights the touch screen functionality, joy-con controllers, co-op play, and a brand new chapter ‘A new Day’.

The Worlds Ends With You Final Remix will launch for Nintendo Switch in Japan on September 27th, and in North America and Europe on October 12th.

World of Final Fantasy Maxima Announced for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC; Adds New Characters

Square Enix has announced that World of Final Fantasy Maxima will be launching on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on November 6th. The Maxima edition will add new characters, such as Noctis, Sarah (FFXIII), Garland, Y’shtola, and Zack Fair.

Update: For those who already own the game on PlayStation 4 and PC, the option to upgrade to the new content will cost 2400 Yen (roughly $21.40US). The full Maxima package will retail at 5800 Yen.

Bandai Namco has announced Tales of Vesperia Remastered will be launching in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on January 11, 2019.

In addition to that announcement, the game publisher revealed the steelbook for the game.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition Announced For PS4 & Switch

Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy Chronicles will be receiving a HD remaster for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch next year. The game will feature English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish text, and English audio.
