Dead or Alive 6 Adds Bass, Tina, and Mila to the Roster

Dead or Alive 6 is adding Bass, Tina, and Mila to their playable line-up. Also, a new stage is introduced, called “The Muscle”.

Dead or Alive 6 will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on February 15, 2019.

Known as “The King of the Ring,” Bass is a seasoned professional wrestler known for his destructive power and versatile throwing techniques. He’s also the doting father of Tina, “The Superstar of a Thousand Dreams.” And while Tina flashes some of the same versatile throws as her father; including an explosive new slam added to her repertoire, she is also proficient in strikes as Bass trains her to become the top wrestler in the world. But Tina isn’t the only female ready to fight in DEAD OR ALIVE 6; as professional wrestling fan, Mila, has also been added to the lineup. Nicknamed “The Hot-Blooded Champ,” Mila is a mixed-martial artist known for winning titles as a result of tackling techniques and her expertise in the ground-and-pound game that she hopes will prove fruitful in her quest to ultimately takedown her longtime rival, Bass.

All three characters are instrumental to DEAD OR ALIVE 6’s new wrestling stage “THE MUSCLE.” As an introduction to their new fighting ring, the father-daughter duo of Bass and Tina gather reporters inside an arena to unveil their new professional wrestling organization, also known as The Muscle. Inside the arena stage, not only will the action be fast and fierce, but the ring ropes surge with electrical current while the steel pillars surrounding the squared-circle bellow fire at wary brawlers.

Dead or Alive 6 – Hitomi and Leifang Trailer & Screenshots

Koei Tecmo Games has officially revealed the latest Dead or Alive 6 trailer, featuring a new stage called “Forbidden Fortune”, and two additional characters to the roster: Hitomi and Leifang. Both these characters will be playable at Gamescom this week.

Two of the most prized characters in the Dead or Alive universe are set to make their return to action as we announce today the addition of Leifang and Hitomi to the Dead or Alive 6 roster. Leifang and Hitomi jump into the action alongside a freshly-added stage the “Forbidden Fortune” at Gamescom!

Leifang, known as the T’ai Chi Ch’uan Genius, is the master of using her opponent’s power against them, countering assaults thanks to her flawless Sabaki and Inashi parries. She employs a variety of effective holds to gracefully counter enemy attacks, all the while hoping to prove her strength and capabilities as she pushes forward through the DOA Tournament.

Joining Leifang in Dead or Alive 6 is “The Fist of Innocence,” Hitomi. The 20-year-old of mixed German and Japanese descent is a well-balanced karate expert; utilizing speed, power, and a long reach to take down opponents thanks to a straight punch that is equally beautiful and terrifying. Hitomi specializes in using techniques that combine both offensive and defensive elements in one smooth strike.

The two fighters will be highlighted at Gamescom on a freshly-added stage entitled Forbidden Fortune. The dynamic level features the ruins of an old pirate ship, with shattered bones scattered across the top deck, and mountains of gold found below as combatants smash through to the hull to find not only the hidden treasure but a slew of hidden traps – not to mention, a giant Kraken guarding the stolen loot. As the Kraken becomes enraged, the ships rocks and shudders, and as the damage spreads to the armory, sparks begin to fly, including gunpowder that catches fire, shooting violent flames over the scene of the fight.
