Jump Force – Saint Seiya Reveal Trailer

Bandai Namco has revealed in a new trailer, that Seiya and Shiryu from the Saint Seiya series, will be joining the roster in Jump Force.

Appearing in iconic manga series Saint Seiya, Seiya and Shiryu are members of the Knights of the Zodiac, a group of handpicked warriors that have pledged to protect justice and peace across the world.

Pegasus Seiya is the Saint of the Pegasus constellation – famous for his unbending resolve and unbreakable mind. When in dire need, Seiya can call upon the power of the Gold Cloth of Sagittarius, increasing his strength to its ultimate limit.

The second playable character from Saint Seiya is Dragon Shiryu. Protected by the Dragon constellation, he is one of the calmest and most composed of all Saints. He is also one of the few Bronze Saints deemed worthy enough to wear the Gold Cloth. When needed, he can summon great strength from the Libra Cloth using its many weapons to defeat his foes.

The game features characters from these series: Bleach, Dragon Ball, Hunter x Hunter, Naruto, One Piece, Yu-gi-oh, and Yu Yu Hakusho. Death Note’s Light and Ryuk will be featured in the story mode, however, will not be playable characters.

Jump Force is set to launch in February 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. A closed beta for the game will commence on October 12th and conclude on October 14th.

Jump Force – Yugi Gameplay Reveal Trailer

Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Jump Force today, giving fans a first look at Yugi in action. Yugi will be able to summon out Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl, and Slifer the Sky Dragon, to assist him in battle.

The first day of Tokyo Game Show 2018 has concluded, and to wrap it off, Bandai Namco has announced Jump Force will be launching in February 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Two new trailers were released during the Jump Force stage presentation at TGS 2018 today. The first trailer shows Hunter x Hunter‘s Killua and Kurapika in action, and also reveals that Yu Yu Hakusho‘s Yusuke Urameshi and Toguro will be joining the game’s roster. The second video gives fans a look at four original characters designed by Dragon Ball‘s Akira Toriyama.

Additionally, the publisher unveiled the pre-order bonuses and the collector’s edition. Pre-ordering the game will grant you access to a new lobby vehicle, and three exclusive costumes.


As for the collector’s edition, that will include: A copy of the game, steelbook, three art boards, an exclusive diorama, featuring Luffy, Goku, and Naruto, and lastly, the season pass which contains nine DLC characters that will be announced at a later date.

A global closed beta is set to commence on October 12th to October 14th. EP!C Rewards Club members in Middle East, Europe and Australia will be offered to chance to play. Those who are not members, can still register before sign ups close on October 7th.

Jump Force Adds Hunter x Hunter’s Kurapika & Killua

In this week’s issue of Weekly Jump, Bandai Namco revealed that Hunter x Hunter’s Kurapika and Killua will be joining Jump Force‘s roster. This would mean the Hunter x Hunter series will now feature 4 playable fighters: Gon, Hisoka, and the previously mentioned, Kurapika and Killua.


Update: Bandai Namco has officially released direct-feed screenshots of the new new playable characters.

Yu-Gi-Oh’s Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl, & Slifer the Sky Dragon Confirmed For Jump Force

Bandai Namco has announced three cards Yugi will be able to summon to the battle in the upcoming anime fighter ‘Jump Force‘. These three include: Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl, & Slifer the Sky Dragon.

Additionally, the publisher also revealed that close beta is set to commence from October 12th, and concludes on October 14th in Japan. Those interested in potentially being able to join this closed beta, will need to sign up for a ticket via the Japanese PlayStation store, which you can do so here.

The two hour sessions will begin across three days and time:

  • October 12th – 8PM to 12AM JST.
  • October 13th – 1PM to 3PM JST.
  • October 14th – 2AM to 4AM JST, 1PM to 3PM JST.

Dragon Ball’s Super Saiyan Blue Goku Revealed For Jump Force

Bandai Namco has officially confirmed Dragon Ball Z’s Super Saiyan Blue Goku will be added to Jump Force‘s roster.

The roster currently includes fighters from Dragon Ball Z, Naurto, One Piece, Hunter x Hunter, Bleach, and even Yu-Gi-Oh! Death Note‘s Light Yagami and Ryuk will be featured in the game’s story, however, will not be playable.

Yu-Gi-Oh!’s Yugi Muto Joins Jump Force

Bandai Namco announced Jump Force is adding Yugi Muto from Yu-Gi-Oh! to the playable roster. Voice actor Shunsuke Kazama will be reprising his role as Yugi Muto.


Joining the roster of Jump Force is Yugi Muto, the hero of Yu-Gi-Oh! Jump Force brings together the greatest heroes and villains from over the 50-year history of Shueisha’s influential Japanese manga Weekly Shonen Jump to fight for the fate of their world and ours.

Yu-Gi-Oh!’s story takes place in a world where a card game: Duel Monsters, is one of the largest aspects of everyday life. The game can bring fortune and fame to its champions, or demise to those less fortunate.

The main protagonist, Yugi Muto, is a lonely boy who loves playing the game but was never blessed with talent. After finding and solving the Millennium Puzzle, an ancient and powerful artefact, Yugi unknowingly became host to Dark Yugi, the spirit of the long deceased Pharaoh Atem. The Pharaoh’s spirit possess and takes control of Yugi in times of danger, he is able to become one of the greatest Duel Monsters players in the world.

Gamescom 2018: Jump Force Gameplay Mashup Video Released

Bandai Namco has released another video for Jump Force this week, showing off the latest character additions to the game’s roster. This one minute gameplay mashup focuses on three different Shonen Jump series: Bleach, Hunter x Hunter, and One Piece.

Jump Force Gamescom 2018 Trailer Features Hunter x Hunter Characters & More [UPDATED]

To kick off the first day of Gamescom 2018, Bandai Namco has released a brand-new trailer for Jump Force. The trailer feature destructive battles in various stages, shows Hunter x Hunter’s Gon and Hisoka in action, and more.

Jump Force is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in 2019.

One Piece’s Marshall and Sanji Joins Jump Force

The latest -Jump issue reveals Jump Force adding Marshall D. Teach and Sanji from One Piece to its playable roster.


Marshall D. Teach and Sanji joins fellow One Piece‘s Monkey D. Luffy and Zorro; Naruto series’ Naruto and Sasuke; Dragon Ball Z‘s Goku and Frieza, Bleach‘s Ichigo Kurosaki, Rukia Kuchiki, and Sōsuke Aizen; Death Note‘s Light Yagami and Ryuk; and Hunter x Hunter‘s Gon Freecss and Hisoka Moro.

Only Light Yagami and Ryuk are not playable among the announced Shonen Jump characters.

Jump Force is aiming for 2019 to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
