Nomura Wants to Add Online Elements to Kingdom Hearts 3; Talks Lack of Final Fantasy VII Remake Info

In recent Japanese interview, Tetsuya Nomura mentioned that he really wants to add online elements to Kingdom Hearts 3, and that he has numerous plans for it. Despite storage on the disc being low, the director hopes people have an internet connection for their console.

On the side of Final Fantasy VII Remake, Nomura said that they are not avoiding sharing information due to development progress. Development is said to be going well and the project is becoming “thicker”. The reason they are not sharing any new info at the moment is due to Square Enix putting games like Kingdom Hearts 3 and other titles coming sooner as priority. They are still working on the right timing to next present it, so he hopes fans continue to wait patiently.
